Paula Zhou

Paula Zhou has over 26 years of experience in education, with a profound dedication to holistic development from the earliest of years. With over 26 years in education in China and 15+ years in school leadership, Paula has developed an authentic, well-rounded approach to fostering child development. She has trained teachers and supported parents through education and coaching for more than a decade and is a sought after speaker who connects with her audience through humour and authenticity. Holding an MSc in Psychology and Neuroscience from King’s College London, Paula incorporates scientific insights into her teaching with a strong focus on supporting optimal brain development. Amongst her many other titles, she is a mum, children's author, Montessori teacher, parenting coach and an Oxford Mindfulness foundation Mindfulness teacher.
