Montessori Across Cultures: Raising Children with Consistency and Compassion in a Global Family

This session explores how global families can create a stable, nurturing Montessori environment for children aged 0-6, wherever they are in the world. You’ll learn how to support multilingual development through everyday routines, design meaningful learning spaces using simple, recycled, and natural materials, and build strong, aligned relationships with caregivers, including nannies and au pairs.

We’ll cover practical ways to maintain consistency across cultures, countries, and languages, and how to guide caregivers to confidently offer screen-free, Montessori-inspired activities. Ideal for globally mobile parents, early educators, and anyone raising or supporting young children in multicultural settings.

I am keen to follow up on the Montessori nanny training for nanny. Great presentation and i agree that the child does adjust with the language, culture and new routine. Can be hard at first but with consistency and following routine everyone finds their rhythm and flow.

Thank you so much for the insightful information. It is true. Keep it simple. Keep it clear and you’ve got so many different resources in different countries that you could use. Well said and I will say I’m a bit jealous of how you have the world to teach it. Thank you so much
